Delivery of goods

In accordance with these terms and conditions, we will deliver the products to you according to the information/address of the order list. When the item is shipped, you can check the delivery status by logging into your personal account.


We use a shipping service provided by TNT Express Worldwide N.V. where you can track your shipment from the product tracking number. If the product has not been delivered within 5 days, please contact us. Or you can use the tracking number to check the delivery status via TNT tracking website immediately. In case the destination has no recipient, the shipping company will try to contact you and deliver again. We will do our best to deliver the products to you within 5 days, but in any case, we do not guarantee the above-mentioned dates and times. Product compensation

In case you want to return the product due to reasons of dissatisfaction or made an order error. Or did not read the product description clearly, we reserve the right to make compensation within 7 days from the date you receive the product only.

Refund Policy

Customers can exchange new product within 7 working days from the date the customer receive the product.

Delivery of defective products

However, the said return product must be in conditions stated above.

Defective product management

You must send the defective product back as soon as we agree to replace it with a new one:
